Sadly a fair few bloggers did beat me to it (yes COCO PEREZ I’m talking to you!) but I suppose that’s the price you pay for having a full-time job! After watching her on MTV’s “The City”you may be suprised and even a little disappointed to hear that Olivia is apparently not only extremely stylish and so pretty it almost hurts to look at her, but also a genuinely nice person. Further proof that life’s just not fair. And here she is, looking A-MAZING at the exclusive Haute Muse and Matches Fashion event that took place right after the shoot…

Admitting this won’t make me sound big, clever or remotely cool but ever since first ogling her awesome wardrobe on “The City” I have been mildly obsessed with Olivia. But then again, it seems that the entire fashion world has fallen in love with her effortlessly elegant ensembles and super model looks. So as you can imagine, being able to have even the slightest input into pulling the looks for her to wear on the Haute Muse shoot was beyond exciting. Well one shoot down, many more to go! Iman is being featured in Harpers Bazaar Arabia’s “2011 Best Dressed” list (jealous, much!) so there’s certainly no time to rest. We’ve got just a few days to get our hands on the hottest garments London has to offer before she jets off to Dubai for the shoot. On that note I should definitely stop blogging and get back to work…

As much as I understand the hype and the fact that she is a style icon for a lot of people….I don't really get it. I'm sure she's a lovely girl, but for me what she does with style is what lots of anonymous women already do. She's a girl with money and means, so her stylish nature isn't that amazing to me. Or maybe I'm compleeeeetely losing the point of it all

I don't know much about Olivia Palermo except for catching a few episodes of The City where she wasn't very nice, so it's good to hear she was genuinely nice. I guess those reality shows just need “bad” characters and she's fun to dislike. Anyway, she looks very pretty in this photo!
